Anni Reissell is currently Science Coordinator at the University of Helsinki, Finland, and a research scholar at IIASA. She holds a PhD in atmospheric chemistry of biogenic volatile organic compounds. Her background includes radiopharmaceuticals, natural radioactivity, air quality measurements of inorganic and organic compounds, analytical chemistry. Previous positions include research scientist at the Finnish Meteorological Institute, a research chemist at the Air Pollution Research Center, University of California, Riverside, and Executive Officer of the Integrated Land Ecosystem-Atmosphere Processes Study (iLEAPS). | |
Dr. Reissell's research interests are broad and include integrated land-ecosystem atmosphere processes in relation to climate change and global change. She has 20 years' experience in chemistry, atmospheric chemistry, and global change research, and with international global change research programs and policies. |
