Born in Trieste, Antonia Klugmann, fell in love with cuisine at an early age. Antonia’s first four years in the industry were spent in the kitchen of the young Chef Raffaele | |
Mazzolini. In 2006 she opened her own restaurant, Antico Foledor Conte Lovaria near Udine. From 2012 she worked for three years in Venice as Chef of the restaurant Il Ridotto and then the Michelin-starred Venissa. In December 2014, she opened her new owned restaurant, L’Argine a Vencò, in Dolegna del Collio near the Slovenian border. Surrounded by vineyards, the small restaurant has already won a Michelin star. She published the book "Di cuore Di coraggio" to tell her story and to collect 60 key recipes of the first 15 years of her career. |
