| Mr. Schmittknecht founded GROW GmbH in 2004; followed by roles as management consultant, specialized in facilitating and accompanying transformation and cultural change. He supports companies in unfolding their potential, implements change processes and fosters executive development. GROW GmbH advocates new thinking and new behavior. An integrated methodology and multidisciplinary approaches create new perspectives and break with old thought patterns. In 2018, he founded GROWfamily GmbH together with Dr. h.c. Beate Heraeus, with the aim of supporting family businesses and entrepreneurial families in unfolding their potentials and in their work. |
