1994-2001	responsible for the energy policy at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber; In this function he was also an expert for the parliamentary subcommittee for the passing of the Electricity Act 1998 as well as the co-author of commented editions of the Electricity Acts 1998, 2000 and Gas Act 2000
