Research Experience: Responsible for a series of research projects funded by the UK Economic and Social Research Council concerned with former-Soviet science policy, technology and the engineering industry. Participant in research projects undertaken by the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Washington, D.C. and in projects and consultancy for the UK government, OECD, European Commission, NATO, ILO, SIPRI and other international organisations. Participated as expert in the OECD review of Russian science-technology policy, 1993. |
