Robin is the founder and managing partner of merger and acquisition law firm Lumsden & Partners, one of the most successful law firms in Austria founded in recent years. Robin, who is a member of the bar in both Austria and New York, spent more than 12 years as a corporate lawyer, advising Volkswagen on its acquisition of Porsche, and General Electric on the sale of its plastics division to Sabic. He is also an officer in the Austrian special forces. His selection and his military training and experience have shaped his character and made him appreciate of teamwork.
