| Shiva is currently working at the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg, where she is responsible for EIB s structured finance and advisory as well as New Product development activities focusing mainly in the Life Sciences, Renewable Energy and ICT under EIB s Risk Sharing Finance Facility (RSFF). | |
| Before joining the EIB in 2003, Shiva worked at Fitch as Director/Head of the European High Yield rating business, and from 1993 to 1999 at J.P. Morgan s Investment Banking in NY and London working on Project Finance, M&A and Fixed Income transactions in the US, Latin America, Turkey and CIS. | |
| Shiva holds an Economics degree from Columbia University (Magna cum Laude) and an Executive MBA from LBS. In 2000, Shiva co-founded the European High Yield Association (EHYA) serving on its Board until end of 2005. In 2006, Shiva was nominated by Credit Magazine to the Top 50 Women in Credit . |
