Dr. Tatjana JOSIPOVIC Professor of Civil Law, Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb

CV

 Tatjana Josipovi is a professor of civil law of Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. She teaches courses in Civil Law, European Private Law and Land Registry Law. Before she joined the University in 1987, she practised in the legal office. She acted as a member of the working groups that drafted the Inheritance Act, Proparty Act, Land Registry Act, Agricultural Land ect.
 Professor Josipovi was a vice dean of the University of Zagreb School of Law; a head of the task-force preparing Croatia's accession negotiations in the chapter Right of Establishment and Freedom to Provide Services and member of the task-force preparing accession negotiations in the chapter Free Movement of Capital.

Mitgliedschaften

Prof Dr Tatjana Josipovi is an arbitrator with the Croatian Chamber of Commerce Permanent Arbitration Court and a member of a number of scholarly and professional associations. She is a fellow of the Academy of Legal Sciences of Croatia; associate member of International Academy of Comparative Law, a member of the Croatian Society for Civil Law Science and Practice; the Society of European Contract Law (SECOLA); European Law Institute and the Civil Law Forum for South East Europe.

Publikationen

She has written many scholarly and professional papers and several books on civil law and European private law and presented papers in numerous national and international conferences and seminars.

Auszeichnungen

She was awarded a research grant at the Max Planck Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht, Hamburg on several occasions.
