02: Forschungs-, technologie- und innovationspolitische (FTI) Strategien im internationalen Vergleich
In den letzten Jahren hat die Diskussion über FTI-Strategien international stark zugenommen. Nationale FTI-relevante „policies“ und spezifische „science and innovation strategies“ sind in den meisten OECD-Ländern nicht mehr wegzudenken. Ziel des Arbeitskreises ist es, die Erarbeitung nationaler FTI-Strategien, deren Bedeutung für einzelne FTI-Systeme und deren Umsetzung im jeweiligen politischen Kontext zu beleuchten und im internationalen Vergleich zu diskutieren. Dabei wird es unerlässlich sein, auch über die Strukturen und über die Stakeholder der FTI-Governance zu diskutieren
