in deutscher SpracheEine der neuen Initiativen zur Stärkung der technologischen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit Europas sind die Europäischen Technologieplattformen (ETPs), welche bereits im 6. EU Forschungs-Rahmenprogramm (RP) initiiert wurden und im 7. RP zur Steigerung der Industriebeteiligung weiter entwickelt werden. Der vorgesehene Workshop nimmt auf aktuelle Aspekte, die praktische Relevanz der ETPs und der daraus entstehenden gemeinsamen Technologieinitiativen (JTIs) für involvierte österreichische Institutionen, Unternehmen und Forschungseinrichtungen Bezug. Auf Grundlage der Diskussion sollen Maßnahmen für zukünftige österreichische Initiativen bezüglich der Implementierung von ETPs bzw. der Umsetzung der 2007/2008 anlaufenden JTIs erarbeitet werden.
