6: FishBanks, Ltd – a senior management strategy exercise on sustainable investment and use for renewable resources
Prof Meadows will lead participants through a computer-assisted, role playing exercise he has used with senior public officials and corporate managers in over 20 nations. This exercise teaches skills for analyzing complex situations, negotiating, and making short-term long-term tradeoffs in investment. It teaches important lessons about limits to growth. The introduction will be in English, but teams may play the game in German.
This session will be challenging and enlightening – it can accommodate a
group of up to 30 participants.
