“Ein Sommernachtstraum“ von William Shakespeare
Im Shakespeare-Jahr 2016 – am 23. April jährte sich der Todestag des Dramatikers zum 400. Mal – bringen die Studierenden des 2. Jahrgangs der Royal Academy of Dramatic Art London eines seiner meistgespielten Stücke nach Alpbach. Shakespeares Werk war wegweisend für die deutsche Literatur der Aufklärung. Die Studenten der Royal Academy of Dramatic Art sind Michael Balogun, Katie Buchholz, Faoileann Cunningham, Catherine Dryden, Agatha Elwes, Richard Heappey, Irfan Shamij, Lettice Thomas, Christopher White, und Christopher Young.

Nona SHEPPHARD

Nona Shepphard is a freelance writer, director and deviser with over 150 productions and 40 commissioned plays to her credit. Her plays for a young audience recieved several awards and have been presented in the USA, Canada, Europe and Russia. Among her most recent writings are: "Signs of a Star-Shaped Diva" for GraeaeTheatre Company/Theatre Royal Stratford and Therese Raquin a musical version of Emile Zola's novel. She is the Associate Director of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and Creative Director of RADA Enterprises. |
