01: Erfolg! Wie wir Europa verändern können
Viele TeilnehmerInnen des Europäischen Forums Alpbach sind Führungskräfte: sowohl SprecherInnen als auch BesucherInnen schaffen es scheinbar erfolgreich, in ihren jeweiligen Positionen oder Rollen Tag für Tag ihre Visionen zu verwirklichen. Wie sind sie dorthin gekommen, wo sie heute wirken können? Was ist ihr Rat dazu was funktioniert und was nicht? Welche Einsichten können sie teilen, welche Lektionen können wir lernen und welche Werkzeuge nehme ich mit für die Zukunft? Was sehen die Erfahrenen als wichtige Zutaten für erfolgreiches Kampagnen führen, Interessen formulieren und vertreten, Einfluss nehmen oder europäische Politik verändern? Welche Ansätze werden „morgen“ Erfolg bringen? Und wie können Europas Talente, Ideen und Erfahrungen für die Herausforderung der Zukunft optimal genutzt werden? Diesen Fragen wird in einem interaktiven Prozess nachgehen. Diese Breakout Session wird am Nachmittag weitergeführt.
