in englischer SpracheDie Beziehungen der EU zu ihren Nachbarn und vor allem zu den Ländern der Europäischen Nachbarschaftspolitik und Russland fordern die Union heraus. Das Nachbarschaftstreffen 2013 in Vilnius brachte ernüchternde Ergebnisse, und die ukrainische Krise hat uns gezeigt, wie angespannt zwischen der EU und Russland sind. Auch in den südlichen Nachbarstaaten der EU bleibt die Situation unsicher. Die Breakout Session wird die aktuellen Beziehungen der EU zu ihren geographischen Nachbarn analysieren und erörtern, wie diese verbessert werden können.
