Energiearmut ist ein moralisches Dilemma, dessen Beseitigung für 2,6 Milliarden Menschen von entscheidender Bedeutung für eine integrative und nachhaltige Entwicklung, die Förderung des Wirtschaftswachstums sowie der Verbesserung des menschlichen Wohlbefindens ist. Um das erklärte Ziel eines universellen Zugangs zu moderner Energie bis 2030 zu erreichen, sind gezielte Maßnahmen vor Ort unerlässlich. Ist die Weltgemeinschaft auf dem richtigen Weg? Wie werden aus Versprechungen konkrete Maßnahmen? Wie können Unternehmen von der Bekämpfung von Energiearmut profitieren? Wie viel muss investiert werden? Was sind die Aufgaben der verschiedenen Akteure?
