Regierungen konzentrieren sich heute auf Wachstum und Beschäftigung, aber wir dürfen die längerfristigen Klima- und Energiefragen nicht außer Acht lassen. Wie können wir während des Übergangs zu einer CO2-armen Wirtschaft Arbeitsplätze schützen und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit erhalten? Welche Instrumente können uns dabei helfen und was wissen wir über verschiedene Ansätze? Energie- und Investmentprognosen zeigen, dass das Ziel nicht durch öffentliche Ausgaben allein erreicht werden kann – wie kann man daher den Privatsektor am besten unterstützen? Wie kann es gelingen, für Langzeitinvestitionen durch institutionelle Anleger attraktiv zu werden, und welche Finanzinnovationen zeichnen sich ab?
