Im Bereich des Doktorats unterläuft die forschungsgeleitete Lehre eine Transformation in differenzierte Ausbildungsmodelle, die über das Konzept „Lehre“ weit hinausgeht. Wie sehen angemessene Modelle der Doktoratsausbildung aus, die die individuelle Entwicklung von NachwuchsforscherInnen am besten unterstützen? Wie können Universitäten Rahmenbedingungen definieren, die kritische, innovative und risikobehaftete Doktoratsprojekte fördern? Wie stellen wir uns die Rollen von BetreuerIn und DoktorandIn vor? Wie können wir eine „peer culture“ für BetreuerInnen etablieren?
