Isaac GETZ
Professor, Leadership and Innovation, ESCP Europe Business School, Paris
Isaac Getz studied over 300 companies in 30 countries and wrote on topics of leadership, corporate transformation, freedom and responsibility culture, and the altruistic corporation. He is a co-author with Brian Carney of the award-winning international best-seller Freedom, Inc., translated to a dozen of languages, author of the award-winning the Liberated Company (2017) and together with Bob Davids and Brian Carney of Leadership without Ego (2018). Getz's work and action have been instrumental in the rise of the corporate liberation movement in Europe. It includes Michelin, airbus, decathlon, several Belgian ministries, French social security, municipalities, and hundreds of other companies and institutions, which have transformed their command-and-control organizations into freedom- and responsibility-based ones. In a recent study by FNEGE (the french national foundation for the management and business education), 1600 French managers have named him to list of the world 50 most influential management thinkers. Isaac Getz’s work has been featured in the wall street journal, Forbes, Strategy+Business, Financial Times, The Globe and Mail, Le Monde, il Sole 24 Ore and other leading media on four continents. His latest co-authored article has appeared in Harvard business review online. Thinkers50 have shortlisted Isaac Getz’s work on corporate liberation and on the altruistic corporation for its 2019 breakthrough idea award. |

Rick Goings is Chairman Emeritus of Tupperware Brands Corporation. Throughout his career, he has held a number of global senior management positions in Europe, Asia and the U.S. Goings is an engaged Member of the World Economic Forum’s Gender, Education and Work initiative, a UN Women (UNW) HeForShe IMPACT Champion and founding member of their Private Sector Leadership Advisory Council. He serves on the national board of the Smithsonian Institution, as well as Presidential Precinct and Rollins College. The former French President Nicolas Sarkozy recognized Goings as a "Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur", the People’s Republic of China awarded him the Marco Polo Award and the Holmes Group named him Chief Executive Officer of the Year. Goings was educated at Guilford College and is the recipient of honorary doctorates from Bryant College and Rollins College. |
