Stefan KLESTIL

 Stefan is General Partner at Speedinvest, a pan-European early-stage tech fund with offices in Vienna, Berlin, London, San Francisco and Munich. At Speedinvest, he is responsible for FinTech investments across EMEA and takes a very hands-on approach to support founders on business and product strategy, business development and corporate development. Speedinvest is seeking to support the best teams in Europe to create the next generation of financial services unicorns. Speedinvest has been ranked as the most active FinTech investor in Europe by CB Insights and PitchBook. Stefan is regular speaker at Money 2020 in Europe and Asia, Paris FinTech Forum as well as Noah. Stefan has over 20 years of experience in the international payments and banking technology space as Advisor, Executive, Incubator and Investor. He is non-executive Board Member of Wirecard, Iyzico, Curve and payworks and Advisory Board Member of N26, Wefox, Billie, Fincompare and Grandhood. Stefan also supports the founders of Fraugster, Lemonway, Predictus, Koin, Factris and Cyberwrite.

Natalie STANIEWICZ

Head, Digitalisation and Innovation, WSBI-ESBG - Global Savings and Retail Banking Association, Brussels

 Natalie Staniewicz leads the Digitalisation & Innovation activities of WSBI-ESBG, a global network of savings and retail banks with 110 members in some 80 countries worldwide. She has built the Digitalisation & Innovation Hub to foster strategy exchange, best practice sharing and policy discussions on finance digitalisation. She runs projects in the field of innovation and business model change, develops partnerships with fintech companies, digitalisation and policy stakeholders and fuels strategy development opportunities for the global WSBI-ESBG network. She is also the Ambassador for Fintech Ladies Belgium, an international network for women in financial technology. Passionate about banking, fintech and innovation, she has spent the last years working in diverse projects helping banks with their strategic challenges at the level of Management, International Business, IT, Marketing and Innovation. Natalie is a graduate of Business Economics at UCL (UK) as well as Political Science and Economics at the University of Vienna.

Mag. Roland SMERTNIG

Senior Managing Director, Financial Services, Global Sales, Accenture Austria, Vienna

 Roland Smertnig is Accenture’s Senior Managing Director of Global Sales for Financial Services, responsible for driving the group’s global sales strategy and targets, leading the sales team to shape deals that deliver sustainable outcomes for clients. Mr Smertnig has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and has held a number of important sales leadership positions with Accenture, including sales lead for Financial Services in Europe, Africa and Latin America. From 2006 to 2012, he developed significant expertise in the German-speaking banking sector as sales lead for Financial Services in Austria, Switzerland and Germany. He helped Accenture make substantial gains in its outsourcing business in the region by creating substantial value for clients with large-scale transformation projects. He has overseen many large projects, including core banking implementations, global data center transformations, and a three-year post-merger integration implementation program involving more than 250 Accenture employees and 200 client-side staff. He has delivered results to banks, insurers and capital markets firms in the areas of business planning, business process optimization, business and IT architecture, application management, IT outsourcing and business process outsourcing. Mr. Smertnig has also led Accenture’s client relationship with a major European bank since 2003. He joined Accenture in 1990.
