Zu den größten globalen Herausforderungen gehören Umweltschutz und Wirtschaftsförderung. Je weiter aber deren Verrechtlichung fortschreitet, desto häufiger kollidieren diese Vorhaben. Wäre es möglich, solche Kollisionen nicht nur zu vermeiden, sondern gar die beiden Anliegen zu deren gegenseitigen Nutzen zu fördern?
Die Diskussion findet in vier Arbeitsgruppen statt, die von foraus-Mitgliedern moderiert werden.
