Wie kann Rechtsstaatlichkeit, beispielsweise in Zusammenhang mit Extremismus, im digitalen Bereich implementiert werden? Kollidiert der Schutz von Freiheitsrechten mit den neuen Möglichkeiten der Überwachung? Wie sieht ein ganzheitliches Konzept für digitale Sicherheit aus, in dem das Bedürfnis nach Freiheit mit dem Verlangen nach Sicherheit, im Einklang ist?
