Peter Bostelmann is the Founder and Director of the Global Mindfulness Practice at SAP, the world’s largest provider of business software with over 345,000 customers and 92,000 employees. Under Peter’s leadership, mindfulness-based trainings, teacher trainings and efficient support structures for lasting impact have been piloted, refined, and they are being rolled out to all SAP employees around the globe since 2012. The mindfulness program has become SAP’s most popular in-house training. Peter is an Integral Coach and trained as an Industrial Engineer. He brings more than 20 years of international business experience as Consultant, Program Manager and Executive with SAP to his current efforts to bring mindfulness programs to scale globally at SAP and beyond. |

Johannes Narbeshuber is an international consultant for change management, executive coach and expert on mindfulness in organizations who has worked for clients like Robert Bosch, Siemens, Roche, Raiffeisen Bank International, the Swiss Federal Administration, or Amnesty International. He is serving in the boards of Trigon Entwicklungsberatung, a consulting company with 45 partners and offices in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland, of the Austrian Federal Association for Mindfulness (ÖBAM) and of the Austrian Coaching Council. He studied at Sorbonne University/Paris, Complutense University/Madrid, holds a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Salzburg University, and an MBA in Growth Management from Steinbeis University Berlin. |
