Dieses Abendprogramm wird Einzelpersonen gewidmet, die Konflikte in sehr unterschiedlichen Umgebungen erlebt haben, von Wartehallen bis zu Kriegsgebieten. Durch eine mutige Führung gelang es ihnen, Konfliktsituationen in friedliche zu transformieren, involvierte Personen sogar zur Kooperation zu bewegen. Was können wir aus ihren Geschichten lernen? Welche Bedingungen, Praktiken und konkrete Fähigkeiten braucht es um Konflikte zu überwinden.
