SchauspielerInnen müssen ehrlich, mutig, verspielt und streng sein. Sie müssen in der Lage sein, anderen zuzuhören. Sie müssen wissen, wann Kompromisse einzugehen sind und wann sie standhaft bleiben müssen. Sie müssen sich in die Person, die sie spielen, einfühlen, egal wie bösartig diese ist. Sie müssen als Ensemble arbeiten und sich und der Arbeit gegenüber tolerant und respektvoll sein. In praxisnahen Workshops werden Studierende der Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London Übungen und Spiele vermitteln, die sie auf der Bühne und im Leben als besonders nützlich empfinden.

Nona SHEPPHARD

Playwright; Associate Director, Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London

 Nona Shepphard is a freelance writer, director and deviser with over 150 productions and 40 commissioned plays to her credit. Her plays for a young audience recieved several awards and have been presented in the USA, Canada, Europe and Russia. Among her most recent writings are: "Signs of a Star-Shaped Diva" for GraeaeTheatre Company/Theatre Royal Stratford and Therese Raquin a musical version of Emile Zola's novel. She is the Associate Director of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and Creative Director of RADA Enterprises.

Leonard BUCKLEY

Student, Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London

 Leonard Buckley is a London-based actor, musician and visual artist from Dublin, Ireland. His theatre credits as an actor, composer and dramaturge include: "Outlying Islands", dir. Mark Atkinson Borrull (Sugarglass Theatre / Samuel Beckett Theatre); "The David Fragments", dir. Nicholas Johnson (SBT; Greenwood Theatre, London); "Pseudaria" (Felicity Theatre / Live Collision 2017); "Love À La Mode" (Felicity / Smock Alley Scene + Heard 2017), the award-nominated "Gays Against the Free State!" (Tiger Dublin Fringe 2016), "God’s Ear" (Felicity / SBT), dir. Colm Summers; and the award-winning "Enemy of the Stars", dir. Nicholas Johnson & Colm Summers (SBT; Fez International Theatre Festival, Morocco). He has also published illustrations, poetry and literary criticism in publications across Dublin, Edinburgh and the Netherlands, including "T-JoLT", "Icarus Magazine", "Crows Nest Zine", and "Brill". In 2016, he graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a first-class honours B.A. in English Literature.

Saura LIGHTFOOT LEON

Student, Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London

 Saura Lightfoot Leon is 21 years old. Born in Leiden in the Netherlands, Saura is half Spanish half English. She grew up with her parents who work at the Netherlands Dance Theatre. After completing her studies in the British School in the Netherlands, Saura attends Rada where she is now in her final year of BA Acting training. Saura discovered her passion for performing in acting classes in The Hague’s youth theatre ‘Rabarber’ as well as taking workshops led by ISTA and the New York Film Academy prior to her training at RADA. Saura went to participate in a charity project in Dhaka (Bangladesh) with her parents in 2014 where they gave workshops to street children, giving them an opportunity to express themselves through the creativity of their physicality. Saura’s also appeared several times in her parents choreographies on film. Saura’s interests are spoken word, yoga, dancing and drawing.

Harmony ROSE-BREMNER

Student, Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London

 Harmony Rose-Bremner is about to enter her third year of the BA Acting course at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. During her training she has participated in a number of projects including "As You Like It" by William Shakespeare playing Rosalind, "The Theban Trilogy" by Sophocles playing Antigone and "Measure for Measure" by William Shakespeare playing Isabella. Prior to RADA she has been involved in a number of short and feature films, including "Carousel" (2016), directed by Kal Webber and "The Dark Mike" (2017), directed by Gary Love. Alongside acting, she is also very passionate about music. She studied flute, piano and voice at the City of Edinburgh Music School participated in Edinburgh Fringe Festival every year from 2010-2017 in range of musicals. There roles include Leading Player in "Pippin", Ti Moune in "Once on This Island" and Emma in "Jekyll and Hyde".
