10: Digitale Kluft
Digital Divide beschreibt heute die Kluft innerhalb der Gesellschaft zwischen NutzerInnen und NichtnutzerInnen digitaler Dienste. Dieses Seminar schaut in die Zukunft. Es stellt die Frage nach der immer größeren Kluft, die aktuell durch die IT entstehen: zwischen Personen, die internetsüchtig werden und solchen, die ihre Aufmerksamkeit kontrollieren können; zwischen solchen, die bereit sind, ihre Privatsphäre aufzugeben und solchen, die das nicht wollen; zwischen solchen, die durch IT reich werden und Zugang haben und solchen, die auf der Strecke bleiben.
