04: Makroökonomische Ungleichgewichte in Europa: Ist die WWU zum Überleben verurteilt?
Mit der Umsetzung der Wirtschafts- und Währungsunion (WWU) begann eine neue Ära in der europäischen Integration, die die Währungs- oder Wirtschaftspolitik Europas veränderte. Wie wird die WWU UnGleichheit beeinflussen – durch Maximierung der Konvergenz oder Minimierung der Divergenz? Wie gleichberechtigt sind alle in der Eurozone von morgen? Dieses Seminar sucht Antworten auf zentrale aktuelle Fragen: Funktionieren die WWU und der Euro nur bei „sonnigem Wetter“? Reichen jüngste Reformen und Strategien aus zur Reduktion bestehender Ungleichgewichte sowie zur verstärkten Integration in Europa?
