02: Forschungs- und Innovationsförderung in Österreich: Governance zwischen Steuerung und Autonomie
Mehr als 10 Jahre nach ihrem institutionellen Merger in die heutige Form sind die Austria Wirtschaftsservice (AWS) und die Österreichische Forschungsförderungsgesellschaft (FFG) die zentralen Förderungsagenturen im Bereich angewandter Forschung, Technologie und Innovation. Die institutionelle Evaluierung von AWS und FFG behandelt sowohl organisationale Fragen wie auch die systemische Einbettung der Agenturen im Zusammenhang mit Eigentümerschaft, Beauftragungen und eigenständigen Wirkungsbereichen. Hat sich das österreichische multidimensionale und interdependente Modell bewährt? Wie sieht die Zukunft aus – form follows function oder doch umgekehrt?
