Feierliche Eröffnung des Europäischen Forums Alpbach 2019
Ein Blechbläserensemble steht hoch oben auf dem Gerüst der Baustelle Conditio Humana. Es ist, neben den mächtigen Figuren des Bildhauers Lois Anvidalfarei, in dieser Höhe in Gefahr. Warum bietet dieses System aus Stahlrohren keine Sicherheit? Durch das Spielen auf dem Baugerüst beginnen sich die Komposition „Gerüst – Stück für Brassband und Baugerüst“ und die Installation des Bildhauers zu verbinden. Klänge erzeugen Vertrauen: Die Bedrohung wird zum Klangkörper, man schwingt gemeinsam auf einer Wellenlänge.
Die von Ágnes Heller kurz vor ihrem plötzlichen Tod verfasste Eröffnungsrede wird nun der Philosoph Josef Mitterer lesen.

Lois ANVIDALFAREI
Sculptor, Alto Adige
Lois Anvidalfarei was born on January 26, 1962 in Alto Adige, South Tyrol. From 1976 to 1981 he attended the State Art School in Ortisei in Val Gardena. In 1983 he began studying at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, where he received his decisive influence as a draftsman and sculptor through the encounter with the work and person of Prof. Joannis Avramidis. After completing his studies, Lois Anvidalfarei returned to his home in 1989. In Alto Adige, he manages the farm he inherited and works as a freelance sculptor. |

Christof Dienz lives in Vienna as a freelance composer, bassoon player and zither player. He has performed with Marc Ribot, Zeena Parkins, Terry Bozzio, Andreas Schaerer, Thomas Larcher and many more. His music was played by venerable ensembles including Klangforum Wien, Phace Vienna, RSO Wien, Bruckner Orchester Linz, Tiroler Symphonieorchester Innsbruck as well as numerous festivals such as Wien Modern, Klangspuren Schwaz, Transart Bolzano, Arena Festival Riga, Moers Festival, Jazzfestival Saalfelden, Jazzfest Vienna, Popkomm Berlin, Midem Cannes and many more. |

Philosoph am Institut für Philosophie der Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt. Er studierte Psychologie und Soziologie in Innsbruck und Linz und Philosophie an der Universitäz Graz. Studienaufenthalte an der London School of Economics, in Heidelberg und bei Paul Feyerabend in Berkeley.
