Political upheavals, the repercussions of the debt crisis and weak growth in the global economy all exert pressure on the global financial system. This is happening at the very same moment in which financial institutions must reinvent themselves. New technologies not only change business models and regulatory frameworks but also allow for new forms of cooperation and competition. Consumer habits are changing. Moreover, we must establish how to redirect current financial flows to support a more sustainable economy.

How do we overcome the pressure points at all levels of the financial system before parts of it possibly crash again? We invite you to discuss and develop radically new ideas with national and international representatives from financial institutions, foundations, politics and academia, and with mavericks of all ages.
