Reform Symposium

-

The global economy is changing rapidly, and many companies succeeded by adapting to the new situation. However, such changes invariably have an effect on people, whose career paths are being disrupted with increasing frequency. How does this affect people s identities? Is (de)regulation the answer to worldwide economic problems? In what form? Are new forms of regulation conceivable to ensure fair competition? What does this mean for the environment and the energy supply, in view of exhaustible resources and urgent problems in climate policy? And how can we strike a balance between stability and flexibility? Is trust in the stability of personal social security the precondition for the necessary commitment to change?
