Seminar Week

-

The Seminar Week is the academic centrepiece of the European Forum Alpbach. This event consists of 18 seminars conceptualised and facilitated by internationally-renowned academics. Its inter-disciplinary atmosphere allows room for interesting debates. This year, the programme will see scientists getting to the bottom of the climate change; information scientists highlighting the ethics surrounding artificial intelligence; theologians discussing the morality of economics. The latest theoretical and practical insights are a defining characteristic throughout all seminars.

The programme is curated by the academic advisory board of the European Forum Alpbach, with Caspar Einem taking the lead.

The seminars 1 - 10 will take place daily from 9:30 - 12:30 in the morning.

The seminars 11 - 20 will take place daily from 14:00 - 17:00 in the afternoon.

The seminars will take place on Sunday from 11:00 - 14:00 and 15:00 - 18:00.
