Tyrol Day
-The Tyrol Day 2014 is dedicated to the future development of the European Region Tyrol - South Tyrol - Trentino and highlights burning questions, such as: In which areas does cooperation make sense? Which possibilities of cooperation exist and where do we have to intensify institutional cooperation? How can regional identity building, democratic legitimation and communication in the European Region Tyrol - South Tyrol - Trentino be enhanced? What can research contribute? Which opportunities should be seized by the regional business community?
In addition to the presentation of the Euregio Researchers Award, which is dedicated to young researchers who will present their research results to an expert jury, the first so called 'EuregioLab' will take place this year. More than 25 experts from the fields of science, business, administration and society coming from the entire region will reflect on the Tyrol Day s overall topic. They will create a catalogue of specific measures for the European Region Tyrol - South Tyrol - Trentino and present it to the governors of the region.
