 Nathalie Spencer is a Senior Researcher in the RSA s Social Brain team in London, where she applies a behavioural science perspective to various social issues of our time. She is lead author on projects exploring the application of behavioural insights to areas as diverse as financial capability and financial education, preventative health, and inequality in education including student motivation and teachers implicit biases. Previously, she was co-author on a paper exploring the role of curiosity on innovation. She has a Master s degree in Behavioural Economics from Maastricht University (Netherlands) and a Bachelor s degree in Commerce from McGill University (Canada).
