MBA Shiva DUSTDAR Head of Structured Finance for Life Sciences, Structured Finance & Advisory, EIB - European Investment Bank, Luxembourg

	Shiva is currently working at the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg, where she is responsible for EIB s structured finance and advisory as well as New Product development activities focusing mainly in the Life Sciences, Renewable Energy and ICT under EIB s Risk Sharing Finance Facility (RSFF).
	Before joining the EIB in 2003, Shiva worked at Fitch as Director/Head of the European High Yield rating business, and from 1993 to 1999 at J.P. Morgan s Investment Banking in NY and London working on Project Finance, M&A and Fixed Income transactions in the US, Latin America, Turkey and CIS.
	Shiva holds an Economics degree from Columbia University (Magna cum Laude) and an Executive MBA from LBS. In 2000, Shiva co-founded the European High Yield Association (EHYA) serving on its Board until end of 2005. In 2006, Shiva was nominated by Credit Magazine to the Top 50 Women in Credit .
