| Mr S. Hvilshøj has international consultancy experience from a broad spectrum of projects. He has worked with issues like sustainable financing, ODA policies, procurement planning, institutional development, capacity building, due diligence and environment. | |
| He is a registered environmental auditor and has carried out more than 100 site environmental and/or social impact audits worldwide. He is specialised in compliance audits regarding IFC, World Bank, WHO, ASTM-RBCA, EBRD and UN standards and guidelines, Equator-Principles, Global Compact, OECD Common Approach, HELCOM and various EU directives, incl. IPPC, and has participated in several UN field missions. | |
| Furthermore, he gained teaching and training experience from the Technical University of Denmark and various projects. Among the seminars are "FIDIC Tender, Contracts and Supervision", "Integrated Water Resources Management", "Environmental Management & Due Diligence" "Corporate Social Responsibility" and "High Level Comparison of the Equator-Principles and the OECD Recommendations". | |
| Mr Hvilshöj is President of the Corporation in a Danish registered Ltd-company (Scanditag Holding A/S) and has been board member since 1991. He is also board member in a Danish water supply company (I/S Lynge Overdrevs Water Supply) and the Danish Association of Private Water Supplies (FVD). |
