| Started his career as development engineer in the field of Polyurethane foams at Recticel. He joined his present company, Borealis, in 1989 as a development and Technical Service Engineer in the field of moulding. During the past 18 years he has held several management positions such as: skill centre manager moulding, plant manager, research centre manager Finland, general manager Borealis Belgium and Vice President PO R&D. Since 2005, Wim is Vice President Innovation & Technology for the Borealis group. He currently leeds a Technology community of about 450 people at 3 Innovation Centres in Europe. |
