03 The Dawn of Cyber War – Consequences for States, Societies and Individuals
European Forum Alpbach in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Defence and Sports of the Republic of Austria
In order to analyse the real damage that a potential cyber war or individual act of cyber warfare could do to the citizens of any nation or society coming under attack, it is fundamental to begin with some reflections that will help us to reach a full understanding of the phenomenon and its related practical implications. Hence, in the working group, we will deepen the thoughts developed during the panel discussions with more involvement of the audience.
