in deutscher Sprache

Health care and its efficiency are strongly influenced by research results. Who is to determine the topics and aims of research? How free can and should researchers be in planning their research? Where are the limits of the freedom of research? To which extent should ethical, economic, political and legal framework conditions support or limit the freedom of research?
