An Active Start to the Day
In cooperation with the Austrian Federal Ministry of Defence and Sports
Participants will have a choice between different classes:
1) Military Cross Training: an intensive training of strength and endurance enhancing physical performance.
2) Nordic Walking: Ausdauertraining mit verminderter Gelenksbelastung. Verbesserung der Grundlagenausdauer, Gewichtsreduktion und Stressabbau.
3) Pilates: Gentle whole-body training, with a focus on building a strong core through the deep abdominal muscles.
Registration is not compulsory but we kindly ask you to register in Alpbach (at the Congress Centre Alpbach) prior to the classes so that the trainers can prepare them well.
