02: Tourism: “New Markets Pay Off!”

-
Hauptschule
Breakout /
in deutscher Sprache

Being the economic branch with the highest turnover worldwide, tourism is one of the international growth sectors. In order to profit from this development, the Austrian tourism companies face the challenge to be successful in the new incoming markets like China and Russia. This is the reason why the tourism working group will cope with the issue “New Markets Pay Off!” this year. Concrete strategies will be presented on how tourism companies can establish themselves on foreign markets. In addition, pieces of advice will be given how to handle cultural differences in practice. At the evening (8 pm) all participants are invited by the Federal Tourism and Leisure Industries Division Vienna to a wine & cheese reception at Gasthof Jakober.
