in deutscher SpracheSo far, leadership and management have scarcely been actively considered in cooperative research. The special challenge is to link many different aspects: excellent scientific content in inter- and/or transdisciplinary teams, supervision and development of colleagues, management of finances and structures or communication with partners and so on.
Thus, are leadership and management key success factors for cooperative research? In order to answer this question we will discuss practical experiences from research, especially considering selection and evaluation procedures, and elaborate implications for future requirements.
