The world of work will be confronted with fundamental changes. Even today, a lack of skilled labour and the “war for talents” show that the attractiveness of a job and working conditions will be essential factors for corporate success. Notions such as mobility, flexible working hours and “my office is where I am” are omnipresent buzzwords. What are the experiences of companies that have catered to these tendencies? What are the dangers and risks involved, what are the fears that might haunt your workforce, and how can you best allay these fears? How does this new world of work deal with the issue of social media?
