11: Changing Values – Focus on Incentives
Supported by SVA – Sozialversicherungsanstalt der gewerblichen Wirtschaft
Life expectancy in Europe is continually increasing – this means that people should also remain in good health and active for more years. In addition to ensuring social security, the promotion of the citizens’ active participation and their empowerment is one of the biggest socio-political challenges. Responding to the current demands of the labour market and the health care and pension systems as well as guaranteeing sustainable budgets are major objectives. Social innovations can initiate the necessary processes of change and will be at the centre of the discussion about effective and changing values.
