Housing and Social Responsibility: EU Perspectives and the Austrian Case
Individual national promotion systems were criticised by the European Commission to be distorting competition. Should residential housing only benefit low-income recipients or should it ensure a socially mixed society? To what extend should Austria resist the European Commission, or practice self criticism?
