01: Supporting Women through a Mentoring Programme for Future Talents
The Helene Wastl Medicine Mentoring Programme is targeted at aspiring female academics with the aim of improving career chances for women in medicine and increasing the proportion of women in leadership roles at the Medical University of Innsbruck. The mentor-mentee relationship is the central element of the year-long programme; alongside this, offers for further training as well as exchange and reflection in networking meetings support the careers of the mentees.
