05: Market Upheavals: Challenges and Opportunities for Innovation?

-
Hauptschule
Breakout /
in deutscher Sprache

Changes caused by regulatory interventions, the entry of new competitors, and even product and process innovations jeopardise established business models and force companies to be more flexible than ever and to further strengthen their resilience. On top of that, the fusion of industrial production with ICT (“Industry 4.0”) opens up new opportunities for targeted customer orientation, efficiency and services. How can established companies reinvent themselves and how can innovative business models reinforce competitiveness? How do dynamic companies succeed in becoming “industry leaders of tomorrow” by using new business models?
