Today, work may bring together up to four generations – with completely different understandings of office hours, office layout, communication and leadership. Members of “Generation Y” with extensive skills in using innovative technologies are conquering the labour market. What are the potential benefits of a cooperation between younger and older generations? Are we witnessing a “clash of generations” or rather mutual influences which create something new and bring about cultural change?
