I.06: Healthacross in Practice – Cross-border Access to the Healthcare Systems in Lower Austria and South Bohemia
In the “shared” city of Gmünd/Ceské Velenice, it is shown how inhabitants of a region can have efficient access to medical provision across borders. Czech patients do not have to travel to the Czech hospital 60 km away, but instead first receive outpatient medical care in the nearby hospital in Lower Austria.
