I.08: SALTO – SALzburg Together against Obesity

Every fifth child under 6 years of age is overweight in Austria. With the prevention project SALTO, two Salzburg universities aim to reach kindergartens and families in difficult social environments. Healthy activities and nutrition become normalised and communicated as alternative behaviour to the couch, tv etc.
