German and English languageStates, the economy and society depend increasingly on the security of digital communication. Data and information security has become important for the integrity and sovereignty of states as well as protecting fundamental rights and freedoms. This breakout session will deal with the tensions arising in the area of security and cooperation. We will analyse the possibilities and limits of cooperation between the state, the economy and society on the European as well as the international level.
